Updated COVID-19 Procedures

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

I hope you are all well and safe.

Thank you for the continued trust and confidence that you place upon us during this unique time.

As we transition into the next recovery Phase of COVID-19, Chicago Jewish Funerals will once again be able to offer chapel services in our Skokie and Buffalo Grove funeral homes.

The following guidelines will be in place, as per the State of Illinois:

* Chapel services will be limited to 25% of room capacity.

* All attendees must be masked and gloved – without exception.

* Chicago Jewish Funerals will supply masks and gloves to all attendees.

* All speakers, including clergy, must continue to wear masks and gloves even while at the podium.

Chicago Jewish Funerals is taking special precautions and procedures to routinely disinfect and clean all areas of the funeral home.

Social distancing is still in effect at all times.
