Shabbat Shalom!
On this important Shabbat, Shabbat HaGadol, or the great Shabbat, we lean into the collective memory of our people headed toward redemption. Our tradition says that Shabbat is a taste of the world to come, and even more so things Shabbat as we approach our entrance to the Promised Land. Tonight, when you remember this holy moment in our history when reciting kiddush, we hope that you, too, feel redeemed and connected to our collective memory, even in our state of social distancing.
