On this day, the 17th of Tammuz, we mourn the breach of the walls of Jerusalem by the Romans, marking three weeks before the destruction of the Temple.
We fast to feel this physical pain, but may we all also look deeper into our souls to see the spiritual aspect; where does that part meet us on this day?
May we always stay strong as a community and feel that we are protecting each other on this day and all days.
