Bill has been committed to strengthening and caring for members of the Jewish community his entire professional career.

Warm and well-liked, he is adept at respectfully meeting the needs of families and providing dignified care to their loved ones since joining the staff of Chicago Jewish Funerals in 2012. Prior to funeral service, he devoted his efforts to the Jewish Federations in South Florida and Southern Arizona (Tucson). Most recently he was Executive Director of the Community Foundation for Jewish Education of Metropolitan Chicago for 15 years where he established a plethora of innovative and long-standing programming including creating the Ta’am Yisrael program that has brought thousands of 8th grade students to Israel. Bill MBA/MA is a winner of a National Jewish Book Award and a graduate of the Worsham College of Mortuary Science. He is member of the Persian Iran Hebrew Congregation and volunteers weekly at Park Plaza: A Jewish Senior Living Community. He lives in Skokie with his wife Michelle and three children, David Aron, Yonaton and Sarah Mina.
