Dear Stevens and Falk Families: Never have I seen such bravery in a human being like Lisa demonstrated daily. Such unabashed tenacity is rare. She fought and fought to the bitter end with all her might. Mike you were faithfully by her side every minute not once taking a break unless Lisa was in good hands.
Never have I seen people love a friend like the friends Lisa had. Kathy, Joni, Snake, Lizzard, Nathaline(sp),Fred,
Julie,Eliot,Diane,Lou,Roya,Glen,Eileen,Abby et al!! The love that you all emanated and showered Lisa with was truly remarkable. For Lisa let us all be grateful for our functioning bodies and the spectacular earth we live on. As Depeche Mode sings. “Try Walking in my Shoes.” We should all be grateful every day. This is what Lisa would want.
Falk You ALS!!!

We loved Lisa very much & were so proud of her. She was a confident, strong and a tell it like it is person. If you were a friend of Lisa's you were a friend for life. Friends from near and far were always there for each other, during good & not so good times. Lisa would fight for causes through fund raising walks like Alzheimers, ALS and others. Lisa was a wonderful Daughter-in-law. We loved and will miss her so very much. Marilyn and Dennis

Such a beautiful, heartfelt service for Lisa, especially with the tributes from Mike, the rabbi, relatives, and her closest friends. It has been an honor to be her friend, a fellow Kendall culinary graduate and the best response to any situation. I miss her, Bella and Lucy often. I envision her, her siblings and her mom can go wherever they want to go.
