I went to kindergarten with Mike and our lives only occasionally intertwined. I wrote a detailed story of our relationship and it can be found at differentslants.com The story is called: "Seeking Forgiveness from a Dead Man, 60 Years Later". I hope it is acceptable to leave this message here. His death caused a great imotional response within me and I needed to write about him. He was a friendly gentle man whom in retrospect I wish I'd spent more time with. I hope his family is doing well from a terrible emotional loss. Bob Katzman

First,my sympathy and condolences to Michael's family and friends.
I grew up on 86th St. with Michael. We were next door neighbors.
My step father, John McGrath, was an attorney. Michael asked him to help him get into DePaul Law School which dad did.
I would like to hear from Michael's family when the time is right.
