Beloved wife of the late Ronald Gary Stone. Loving mother of Holly (Jeff) Krakow and Beth Greenberg. Dear grandmother of Ross (Madisen), Carly and Sammi, and great grandmother of Duncan. Cherished sister of Ron (Carol) Hindin. Fond aunt of Jamie (Adam) Rappoport and Dan (Elissa) Hindin. I was lucky enough to meet Sandy as my watercolor student many years ago. She became one of my collectors of my art works and then, I was blessed to call her my friend.
She was such a warm, kind person, and funny! She was very generous , having me stay with her a number of times when I taught up in Door County. I loved being with her. Few can match her infectious sweet personality.
I didnt know of her health issues, having lost touch in the last number of years, but I will always cherish her friendship and sunny smile.
May her memory be a blessing.
