I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Phil for the past couple of years as someone to help him exercise and be a strong as he can be. He was a very kind, personable person who loved to smile. Even with some challenges that may come with age, he always tried his best. He was blessed with a fruitful life and great family and its evident what a great man, husband, and father he was by knowing and getting to spend some time with his family. You will truly be missed.
