Beloved wife of Dr. Louis Hondros. Loving mother of Daniel and Stephen Bender. Cherished daughter of the late Isabel and the late Marshall. Dear sister of Ron (Barbara) Dickstein, Larry (Jody) Dickstein and Dede Lubeznik. Fond aunt of Rachel (Ricky) Gross, Sam, Zach, Joey, Michael, Charlie Dickstein, Jack and Ethan Lubeznik. Barb was a beautiful soul, taken away from here much too soon. Such a tragic loss. My sympathies go out to her family, her dear friends from Skokie, where I remember her best. Niles East HS during the mid-late 1970s, such an incredible time/place to remember our sweet friend. RIP Barb. Sadly, Hal

I am saddened to hear about Barb. We spent a few recent coffees talking about life, death and family. She was such a gentle soul with a calm about her that was admired and a smile that was contagious. She will be missed by many and taken way to soon. I extend my sincere condolences to her family.
