I remember Trude and her husband Jerry
As dedicated volunteers for the
Robineau home in Skokie.
They gave of their time, energy and care
To many senior citizens.
Trude was always friendly with a beautiful smile.
I always enjoyed speaking with her
About many things.
May her memory be a blessing!

Alan and Jan are good friends of ours. We met Trudy last Chanukah. We went to Alan and Jan's home and make latkes. Trudy loved the sour cream. She was a delight to be with. Alan and Jan were wonderful to their mother. Death can not take that which is locked in our heart and may her name always be a blessing to those who knew and loved her.
With love always,

I remember that my grandparents make an effort and coming to visit us during the summer holidays and to rejoice with us in our bar mitzvahs and weddings.
Grandparents would send packages with gifts and "good boy" stickers.
love and miss

First of all I remember Mom and Dad as the most connected couple that I know. They did almost everything together from volunteering together, shopping together or going to sevices together. There is a a famous story about Rav Arye Levin. Once Rav Arye's wife had to go to the health clinic because she hurt her leg. When the doctor. asked what is wrong
Rav Arye replied our leg is hurting.
Despite many troubles and traumas during her early life she managed to build a loving family together with my father. They successfully raised three sons, each one in his own special way.
She was especialy proud of her Judaism and had a special love of Am Yisrael. If it was Jewish it was good if not not so good.
One of the reasons that we recite the Kaddish in memory of a loved one is that a Jew is born to make holy the Name of G-d in this world. When a Jewish soul leaves this world there is as if a lack of Holyness in the world. By saying the Kaddish one makes up for this loss.
May Mom's memory be blessed forever.

I was able to get to know Trudy, being Jan's sister and Alan's Sister-in-law. I enjoyed her company while visiting Chicago and then her moving to Oregon. She had the sweetest voice when she knew I was around, saying "Oh Vicki, it is so nice to see you". She always made me feel special. Rest in peace sweet Trudy. Love from Vicki

Trudy was a woman who was happy, joyful, love, and laughter. She opened her heart and hospitality to our family of Monica, Dean, and Dylan. We have enjoyed our time with her and it was clear how much she loved her family. We will truly miss her and wish her eternal peace.
