Beloved wife of the late Arthur Lee Schlanger. Loving mother of David (Catherine Fitzpatrick) Allen and the late Joseph Schlanger. Proud grandmother of Mark Allen and Bryan (Rachael) Allen. Cherished great grandmother of Sophia. Dear sister of Irene (the late Hugh) Turner and the late Merry Lewis Allen. Frances was a loving person.
