OBITUARY

Helen Snyder, nee Rapping, age 91. Helen was an incredible woman, always stylish, full of strength, independence and determination. A true 'Bubby' in every way - master chef, pro-knitter, needle pointer and avid reader. She lived a beautiful, long life surrounded by family. She was the beloved wife of the late Burton R. Snyder; cherished mother of the late Susan Snyder, Jonathan (Marla) Snyder, Lee (the late Amber) Snyder, the late Nancy Snyder and Peter Snyder; devoted Bubby of Marney Gonzales, Rebecca (Lewis) Reis, Felicia (Tegh) Snyder, Stephen (Jenna) Tepper, Jordan (Lauren) Tepper and Gabriel Torres; adored great-grandmother of Eleanor, Rylah, Sophia, Madilyn, Landon and Mason; dear sister of Ruth Vogel, the late Ethel Rapping and the late Shirley Meyers. May her memory be a blessing. To keep everyone safe and healthy, the interment service on Monday will be private. To attend the funeral live stream, please visit our website, www.cjfinfo.com. The funeral service was beautiful and touching. Pete, I learned a few things about Helen I didn't know. My most vivid memory from childhood is how she always sat and spoke with me and asked about my family. It was never a "chore" to spend some time with her when I was at your house and she always made us laugh. And, of course, she loved calling me by my last name! My thoughts are with you and your family today.
