We never had an opportunity to meet Zlota, but her strength, independent and loving nature came through of her life from the shtetl to America. A protective force for he family which will carry on through her entire mishpacha.

My dear Lillian,
We have been special friends and have been there for each other for many years. You have been so helpful to so many people during
your lifetime. I watched you give and give and give until your last days. I remember how you helped people who migrated to the U.S. and how
much of your time was dedicated to this endeavor. I will never forget you. You never said no and was always there with a smile on your face.
I will always think of you fondly. I have a beautiful picture that I keep in my kitchen, of you, me, Galina and my cousin Lina. I took this picture at
Starbucks where we used to meet each other every time I came to Chicago. I have had this picture in my kitchen for the past 10 year since I moved to
Arizona. You always made time to come with Galina to visit me. I love you and hope that you are resting in peace with all the other angels out there.
