So many words describe Arno. The first time I met him I was struck by how much he loved his family ,the genuine care and respect he accorded all those around him ,with his ready smile that reached his eyes. One memory out of So many that will forever stick out is how in my initial days as his caretaker, after I had walked him to his table in the restaurant and I went out to the reception area to wait for him. He sent one of the waiters to ask me to join him otherwise he would not eat if I wasn't going to eat.. I was so amused and touched 🥲 and I shall forever be grateful for the opportunity to spend his last days with him. Grief is indeed sneaky. A sound, a song, a scent, even a smile becomes tears . Not once did he ever complain even when he was in so much pain, he carried himself with such grace and dignity till the end. You have ran your race Arno, Go well.

AC/ARNO/Arnie:
My dear cousin, friend and my family contact thru 80 years. A wonderful person to know. Starting in Chicago at home with Aunt Betty and Uncle Peter and their extended families- Chessie and Nora-Grandma and Pa, Zena and Ben and later our family- Jane, Amy, Joe and Suzi. I hope that he knew how grateful I am that he was always there, I miss him.
