Our sincere condolences on your loss. Shirley and Hy were friends from our Temple, TBI, for many years. I also knew Shirley from Sisterhood where she was very active and our Temple Book group. She was sometimes a speaker on a current topic and a contributer to some of our Sisterhood Cook Books. One year she was kind enough to give me a private baking lesson where she shared her Mandle Bread recipe with me. Since then I often prepare Mandle Bread for TBI Bake Sales and her great recipe has helped Sisterhood Bake Sales every time! We will miss this truly multi-talented woman. Roz and Ernie Heimann
