My fondest memories of Barbara was all the entertaining she did and the yummy meals she prepared. She was the perfect hostess and aunt. She was very close to my mom Lillian. She will be missed.

Alan and I have the fondest memories of Barabara at the many simchas we shared with your family. Some highlights of course are the Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, weddings and all of the birthday parties as well as just family time in the backyard. My memories go even further back to Becky’s and my time in our sorority and college parents weekends. Barbara will be missed and her memory will always be a blessing to those who knew and loved her.
Our sincere condolences on this deep loss.
We love you all so much.

From the time we met Barbara and Howard , Dan, and Becky in Cincinnati my husband Marden and I became wonderful friends with the Creinins. We were neighbors and shared the joys of raising our families including our children Victor and Elana.

I fondly remember Howard bringing home exotic flavors of ice cream from Kroger and Barbara creating culinary delights while establishing her successful business, Early Express, an innovative mailing service.

We celebrated b'nai mitzvot, a surprise birthday party for my 40th and Dan's wedding to Julie, among so many other special occasions.

We each constructed sukkot on our decks and observed the holiday the holiday together. Eventually we joined them at Temple Sholom.

It was Barbara who discovered that there was an opening for Elana at Camp GUCI, the Reform sleepaway camp in Zionsville, IN. This experience has shaped Elana's career in
Jewish communal service and now as a consultant/professional coach in her own business.

Mostly, I cherish the laughter we enjoyed and our special friendship. She had a great sense of humour.

Her legacy of her loving family is a source of great pride and joy to all who know them.

I will miss Barbara and greatly appreciate having her in my life, along with her family.

Love and comfort to all of you,

Joan Kemeny Paru, Victor and Elana
