Niki Tovin nee Diamond, age 94.

Beloved wife of Jack Tovin. Loving mother of Hal (Lisa) Tovin and Blake (Suzanna Frosch) Tovin. Proud grandmother of Rachel (Lenny Ancuta) Tovin, Melissa Tovin, Walker Tovin, and Isabelle Tovin. Adored great grandmother of Ava Ancuta. Dear sister of Joseph (the late Josie) Diamond. Beloved aunt of Barbara (Jerry) Eckstein, Mark (Yvette) Diamond, and Gregg Diamond. Niki truly was ‘one of a kind’ - not only a brilliant docent but very generous with her time and expertise as I started touring & learning - how to be - a docent.
I’m fortunate to have known her & call her a friend - she will be truly missed. My sympathy to her family.

Jack and family,

I’m so sorry to hear it Niki’s passing. She was truly an amazing wife and mother, woman, friend to my mom, and docent at the Art Institute. She was warm, kind and friendly and always welcomed me with a hug and smile. Please know I am thinking of all of you. May Niki’s memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved her.
