Fond uncle of Justin (Cindy), Asher (Sara), Adam (Jessica), Rikki (Andrew), Alicia (John) and Arden. Mitchell was a successful entrepreneur, co-founder of Roscor Corporation, an international system integration company. During these years, he was a role model and mentor to many. Along with Mitch's business knowledge that he shared with others I will always remember Mitch's sense of humor. Even during serious business meeting's he would be able to add something humorous that maybe not all in the room caught. Mitch had a way to talk to anybody. He would find something about them that would make the person laugh.
Mitch taught me a lot, he was a mentor to me and to many other people. Working for Mitch and Paul was like working for a friend.

Condolences to the family

During the many years I spent working for a competitor, I would bump into Mitch at various dealer meetings and conventions. I always looked forward to our conversations as we had a similar sense of humor. A number of times, even if I was with my boss, he would tell me I should come work with him. Of course he did it with a smile on his face! Eventually when things were changing where I was working Mitch hired not only me, but one of my co-workers as well.
Mitch had the ability to separate a business relationship from a personal one. He'd yell about a business procedure and five minutes later ask if I wanted to join him for lunch. He'd have major brawls with manufacturer sales reps and later help them get a new job. When Roscor hit hard times it was disappointing that so many he had helped turned on him, in spite of how hard he had worked trying to keep them employed. After Roscor closed a few of us would still meet Mitch for lunch every couple of months to catch up on things. It was always an interesting conversation.
My wife and I made sure to meet him for lunch when we were in Florida after I retired. I could tell he really wasn't feeling well, but he went out of his way to show us around and introduce us to his many new friends.
I'm sorry we weren't able to connect again once the lockdown started.
