Eve Geller

The Geller family is sad to announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, Eve Geller. Eve passed away peacefully early on December 10th at the age of eighty-six, surrounded by her family. Eve came to this country from Germany in 1939 on one of the last ships that brought Jews from Germany. She grew up in Long Island, NY until coming to Skokie, IL in the mid 1950’s. In 1959 she married the love of her life; Myron Geller and they were married for almost 65 years. She was caring, loving, and giving to all. She loved her children, Jay (Mary), Shellie, Lee (Mary), and Robin and her grandchildren, Matt, Haily, Kyle (Liza), Joe, Grace, Josie, Olivia, and Colin. She will be missed. The graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 12th at 10:00 AM at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. After the service, people are invited to remember Eve at 23293 North Providence Drive, Kildeer, IL 60047 from 1:00 – 8:00 PM.
