There are few words that can be of comfort at a time like this, but please know that you are in our hearts. Marc and I always enjoyed coming to Chicago and seeing the family. Scott was a foodie and I especially loved speaking to him about restaurants and recipes while Marc bent his ear about finances. What a terrible loss for all who knew him. May his memory be a blessing.

What a touching group of elegies. Thank you for sharing this beautiful celebration of life for Scott. I will never forget the special memories we shared over the years. I will always remember Scott and Brian coming down to the basement to "critique" my lackluster drumming skills I learned from Robby alongside all of our talks on music and sports. I look forward to keeping his memory and spirit alive. Please be strong in these dark times. Sending love and positivity to you all.

To the Silver family. My heartfelt and continued prayers are with you.

My most memorable times would be his lunch hour. Scott would heat his food up in the microwave you knew when "Chef Scott" made that favorite meat dish (steak/roast etc). The home cook smell caused you inquire of the recipe. He would share in detail the cooking process.

Scott would proceed to cut one "large piece" of meat. I would say "Scott where are your sides"? No need for sides the meat is enough.
