On behalf of my family, our deepest sympathies and condolences to Miriam, Tal, Adi, and Sue. May Norm’s memory be a blessing now and for the days to come. Norm made an effort over the years to stay in touch even as we lived in different places. We exchanged regular emails with updates on family and favorite pastimes. Norm was always genuine, caring and sincere. He would ask for the latest photos and stories from our family. He honored family ties by staying connected and sharing the joys of every day life with his beloved Miriam. I can only imagine how difficult his final months were. His last email to me was written with his eyes. A fact he shared with a sense of pride and no self pity. He was a good man and his memory will live on in the love he spread to those who survive him.

Norman was a wonderful man and friend. He was smart, music and art enthusiast, and a great company. And he was a great life companion for my beloved high- school friend Miriam .

My sister , Fr. Dave and I sat next to Norman and Miriam at the Harris Theater for Music of the Baroque concerts. It was always a joy to exchange thoughts with Norm. A wonderful, curious mind and a person who enjoyed people. We were always delighted to see him. We extend our sympathy to Miriam and his children. Thank you for including us in the email and link to the service in Elwood.
