Dear Elliot-
It is with utmost sadness that Kurt and I send our condolences. I will always remember our wonderful outdoor meal together in Chicago, I believe during COVID. Among our conversation, we had suggested you two and the boys watch Penguin Town. I was delighted to learn later that it had been enjoyed by all of you. Only having met her once, I nonetheless felt the kindness and care in Melinda's heart. May her legacy live on within your family as you face trying days ahead. Take good care.

Melinda was the sweetest friend, who would always greet you with “How are you?!” and a warm smile. She wanted to hear and celebrate all the wonderful things happening in your life. She cared so deeply for all of the people in her life, especially Elliot, Jordan, and Alex. I’m so thankful to have known Melinda for 26 years, and to have shared such beautiful memories with her like dancing the night away in NYC and laughing with our children in Oz Park. Sending so much love and care to the Segals and Mellmans. Our deepest sympathies,Tamara, Emrah, Adalet and Emilio
