Loving mother of David (Lizzie) Gussis. Amazing and very proud Nonnie to Ruth, Annabelle Lee, and Scarlett. Dear sister of Elaine (Barry) Talbert. Beloved daughter of the late Sylvia and Al Neiberg. Cherished niece to Eunice and Jerry Meister. Loving aunt to Alison (David) Schwartz, and Matthew (Lisa) Talbert and great-Aunt to Abraham and Harrison Schwartz, and Oriana and Naomi Talbert. Susan died after a swift battle with bile duct cancer. Services Thursday, 12 Noon at Chicago Jewish Funerals 195 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove. Interment Shalom. Dear David, Elaine and family,
I’m really sorry to hear about the loss of your Mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother and beautiful friend. Losing someone close to you is incredibly difficult, so very challenging and it's understandable that you're feeling heartbroken and devastated. My heart hurts for you all so deeply. My deepest condolences to you all during this horrific time. I wish you strength to navigate through this challenging period. Life is so hard. Take care of each other always.
