Bob was truly a good friend. He was immersed in current events reading all of the latest news and consuming the latest books. He was a font of knowledge, not only of the present but of the past. It was a pleasure hearing him distill the accounts of the day. He adored his family and spoke frequently of their accomplishments.
A good soul, a respected businessman, an enthusiastic sports fan, a devoted family man and always a pleasure to be in his company.

Bob loved this world in a very special way. He was a super salesman and had a joke for everyone. He loved reading about the underbelly of our world. Fascinated by their machinations he was amused by their evil powers. I believe he imagined himself as some sort of Superpower. He overcame all physical tests, many illnesses and did not retire until a very late age. The fullness of the funeral showed how many hearts he had touched. His memory is precious to Jeff and myself. We loved him very much.
