My Dearest Chaya, Oh how I will miss you so! So full of energy and wit. I love you like no other. Harold and Billy and family, you have my deepest heartfelt condolences. She was a force to be reckoned with and quite the baker.

Dear Haya, May you rest in peace. You were the life and soul of my mother's gatherings( Esther Perkel z"L ).
You visited her at Alden and always had a cheerful disposition. Thank you for your friendship.
I watched the kiddish table group at Skokie Valley get smaller as one by one, each person passed. I will always remember you. May your memory be a blessing forever.

I am so very sorry about mom's passing. I remember fondly the many gatherings our family had. Your mother was a powerhouse with such a warm heart. I was happy that my mom and your mom had those many years of friendship together. You are in my thoughts.

To Harold and William: My family lived down the street on Touhy (2944). My mother (Frances Fuchs) died in 2016, and my father in 1974. When my father was sick, your mother and talked about your father. Your mother was a great lady and I will always remember her.

Friend of the Himelmans from Albany Park.
Went to school and palled around with Harry and worked with Eileen. Good memories with the Himelmans.
Margarita and Harry, it has been a long time. I hope you are doing well.

Harold and Billy, please accept my deepest sympathy and condolences on the loss of your mother, the great Chaya. She was the General in our family but well loved by everyone and the best baker in our family. She and Grandma Minnie always had a great competition at Passover as to who baked the best stuff. I think it was always a draw. Chaya will be forever missed. I love you both very much.
