OBITUARY
Jim Friedlieb, 81, of Morton Grove, Illinois, passed away Friday at home. Devoted husband of Iris for 57 years; loving father of Linda, Andrew (Danielle), and Rachael (Steve) Chaiken; proud grandfather of Rylan, Livi, Flora, Abby, Jake, and Alyssa; dear brother of Susan (Victor) Rothbardt. Preceded in death by parents Irene and Walter. Jim was a lifelong Cubs fan, strategic cardplayer, fisherman with many stories, expert on dad jokes, notorious soft touch for his grandchildren, and master of "the body of common knowledge." Services Sunday 11AM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Boulevard (at Niles Center Road), Skokie. Interment Shalom. Cubs attire encouraged.
