*Email and phone numbers will NOT be displayed online

To the Silver children;
Fifty three years covers a lot of history, wouldn’t know where to begin. Your Mom and I have been together through the ups and downs.
Losing her has left a hole in my heart and a void in my life.
The happiness you brought to her has been shared by me and so I share your sadness.
Thank you Phyllis for being a part of my life.
Love,
Shirey

Dear Silver & Dubrow families,

Many years ago cousin Phyllis made peanut butter cups in a food processor. She combined dry roasted peanuts with chocolate chips. Nearly 50 years later we still make them. It was very thoughtful and is still appreciated to this day. We will make a batch in honor of cousin Phyllis. May her kind soul rest easy. Love,

Terry

For years Phyllis and I worked together every Sunday morning at the Illinois Holocaust museum. We worked at the front desk giving out information and directions. And at the same time we built a beautiful friendship sharing stories about our families, and our lives, we always had things to talk about and joy to share while doing something meaningful. Phyllis was friendly with all the staff. It was a unique experience every Sunday. I have missed working and being with Phyllis since her illness. Now I will never have those precious moments with her again. I miss her. May her name be for a blessing. Lynn Weitz

I met Phyllis years ago .. we were both regulars on Fridays at Faces by K.. I remember when her beloved Hayley was born and how proud and full of joy she was when the baby came to visit at Faces!! I hadn’t seen Phyllis for years after that until one day last year I recognized her license plate behind me pulling into my development !! We picked up where we left off years ago filling in with our life stories.. My heart goes out to all of the family today..

We are a group of friends, through our volunteering, at the Illinois Holocaust Museum. Phyllis arranged our bi-monthly dinners or lunches. We all became devoted friends, sharing many interests. It will not feel the same, without Phyllis’s presence. But it has been a privilege to know her, and she will be forever in our hearts. 💞
Extending condolences to Phyllis’s wonderful family, and we share your sorrow.

Dear Siver family, I regretfully cannot attend the services for my dear cousin Phyllis due to health issues. I deeply respected and cared for her. She was and cared for by so many. May her memory be a blessing. She is now reunited with her beloved Larry.
