Sue was tremendously helpful to me as a young associate (back when I still did research), but more importantly, was always a pleasure to sit down and chat with. You will be missed.

Sue was always there with support to the summers and associates, and we have had many conversations over the years. She had a kind and giving heart. Peace and healing to her family as she moves to the next step.

Sue was always a bright light in our office and a wonderful friend. She was eager to have a warm conversation, freely sharing what was happening in her life and showing great interest in what was happening in mine. Sue was also so very courageous and showed enormous strength in confronting Aaron's health challenges as well as her own. May her memory be for a blessing.

I was so sorry to hear of Susan's passing. I worked with her for many years art Drinker and was a high school classmate of Aaron. Sue was warm, friendly and so personable. I considered her a friend. She also was a great librarian. She was a go to person whenever I needed research and was a great resource for me. May her memory be a blessing

Sue was a genuinely warm, personable and engaging colleague at the firm. She supported our healthcare group for many years (among her many responsibilities) and was always eager to discuss client and industry developments especially when the librarians' offices moved to the 34th floor of 191 N Wacker, which was where the health lawyers were. More than that, Sue was a very caring and thoughtful person who was a friend to many, including many former Gardner Carton members. May here memory be a blessing for her family and friends.
