I did not know Jim personally, but through my relationship with JB I came to admire him and value him as a loving father and grandfather. JB’s stories about their dad and all the love and support JB received from him, and his partner, John, as well as stories of adventuring and fun they shared, add to the richness of Jim’s life. The life he shared with so many. Blessings and love to JB and JB’s family.

We fondly remember Jim and Sydney, who were our next door neighbors at our first house on Grant St. I still use a number of Sydney's recipes and think warmly of Jim. z'l. May good memories of him be a blessing to all who loved him, and help ease the pain of learning to live without his physical presence.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I worked with Jim for many years and truly valued our friendship. I will fondly remember his kindness, candor and wise counsel. Many years after we worked together, I met David in Baltimore as we also worked together and remember him telling me that he was marrying Julie and that Jim had mentioned to him to meet me. I was so happy to learn this as I remember meeting Julie as a much younger woman when she was in her teens.

Losing a beloved Father is one of the hardest things in life. May his memory always be a blessing to all who knew him.

Fondly,

Jan
