I am privileged to have known and loved my dear friend, Ruthie, for many, many years. She will always hold a special place in my heart. Ruthie was all about love -- that's really all she ever cared about. Whenever, I expressed my love for her, Ruthie's response was always the same: "I love you more!"
And so, whenever I hear those words, I love you, I think of Ruthie saying "I love you more". And, she did love me and so many others more than one could imagine. Though good times, bad times, and major disappointments, she held onto love. Ruthie could have written the book on "Love" -- she lived that book instead.
