Some of my favorites.
Dorothy had a love for children. Whenever she was visiting our family, she was all about the kids: bathing them as babies, playing “This Little Piggy” over and over or showing the kids how to use their newest toy.

Dorothy always thought of others…her first words always were, how are the kids, your family, your friends?

Dorothy was funny! Whenever I was on the other end of the phone she would ask…Did you make circles today? She always said Earl was making “circles” when he was rounding at the hospital. I was obviously doing the same in her mind.

Dorothy was social! Always talking about her travels and her friends. We were honored to take a cruise to Mexico with her. The highlights -the kids stayed in her room. Super special. All three of them took care of each other. Lee and I took her out for her first margarita. “Wow! This is delicious! How am I getting back to the boat?”

A fabulous woman who she and Earl raised three great children who love on their kids, think of others, are funny, and social. I see where you get it from.
She will be missed.
