Bailee R. Mendelson, nee Eisenberg, age 96

Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Mendelson. Loving mother of Howard (Robin) Mendelson, Andrew (Martha Kammoun) Mendelson, and Tamra (Gregory Demske) Mendelson. Cherished grandmother of Brendon, Colten, and Aiden Mendelson, Erika and Juliet Demske. Dear sister of the late Melvin (Marilyn) Eisenberg, Sheppard Eisenberg, and Charlene (Jack) Blumenthal. Dear sister-in-law of Clara Eisenberg and the late Myron Pass. Adored by loving nieces and nephews of several generations and her wonderful friends, old and new. Bailee grew up in Chicago and graduated from Roosevelt University. On her first date with Kenneth in the winter of 1960, she fixed the heater in his car and love soon followed. They raised their family in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin and were members of Congregation Shalom in Fox Point. Bailee was a teacher, a traveler, and a patron of the arts. She was an avid reader, a savvy investor, and an inveterate puzzler. She will be missed. Graveside service at Zion Gardens Cemetery, Sunday, March 30th at 2:00pm.
