OBITUARY

Audree Enid Baker, nee Vision, age 94 born and raised in Chicago and longtime resident of Valparaiso, IN. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Sidney Rubin and the late Chester Baker. Loving mother of Abby (Sheldon) Kail, Eden (Ronald) Dilbert and the late Dr. Randy (the late Jody) Baker. Cherished grandmother of Allison (David) Templer, Shayn (Stephanie) Kail and Benjamin (Ashley) Tallman, Samuel Baker Tallman, Chester Tallman, Rumiana Cantor-Baker, and Naialuna Cantor-Baker. Proud great-grandmother of Justin and Julia Templer, Ari and Moriah Tallman, Audrey, Jamieson and Sydney Kail. She will be remembered for her love of family, her amazing baking and cooking, gardening, volunteering at the local hospital and being a devoted member of Temple Israel. Memorial service Tuesday, 12 noon at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd. (at Niles Center Road), Skokie. Interment private. Our entire Feldman family sends condolences for this immense loss. Audree was such a loving, beautiful soul who was Rachel’s best friend. Her thoughtfulness, generosity and kindness were unmatched. She loved life and was always up for adventures with Rachel— both big and small. Whether it was a a new downtown Valparaiso shop or just a dinner at the China House or later, Dish. There are such wonderful memories of a long, well-lived life. Her smile and sweetness were infectious. We hope knowing what an impact she had on others helps you at this difficult time.

To all of you… to all of Audree’s sweetest, beautiful family. To Abby, Shel, Edie, Ronald and ALL of her amaaazimg grandchildren and great-grandchildren. My deepest heartfelt love to Ali (David) Templer, Shayn (Stephanie) Kail and Benjamin (Ashley) Tallman, Samuel Baker Tallman, Chester Tallman, Rumiana Cantor-Baker, and Naialuna Cantor-Baker. What a WONDERFUL, beautiful woman
inside and out . Audree was a role model in so many ways and such a loving cousin to our late father, Robert Stein. Always so
welcoming to my dad, Brad and I growing up. Such wonderful memories of times in Valpo!! The family picnics of course (; and the greatest of memories — all meeting up at The Dead shows with Dr. Randy at Soldier Field altogether!! Always included us and our dad.
