Evelyn was such a special person. Growing up, I recall wonderful memories of sitting at her kitchen table & chatting. She was so easy to talk to….. I lovingly called her “ Ma.” I always felt I could share anything with her…. May her memory be for a blessing.❤️

My dearest sympathies to the family Of Evelyn and Albert Anderson. Hillary had great parents and she took very good care of her father and mother. May they have the grace of God watching over them. They will be dearly missed.
Love you Hillary, Julie

I will always remember the times that we spent with Evelyn and the entire Abraham family. We were more than neighbors in Skokie. We were family.
My deepest sympathies to the family.

Dear Abrahams:

They were a true couple to the end - Al and Evie. No question that they were a big part of my life growing up. Evie was nurturing with me as she was with everyone and Al was like a father to me in the absence of my own father. In hind sight, I should have talked more with Al but he was not one for deep conversations - nor was I growing up. And then there was distance as I never really came back to Chicago for more than short visits visits once I started college and got on with my career and married life. But I did stay in touch with Al and Evie and did regularly think of them with great fondness. As with the immediate family, I rejoice when considering their lives together and with all of us. Much love and best wishes to the Abraham clan. Rikki and all of the Kesners (Sue, Henry, Sam and their families...)
