Firstly I want to give my deepest condolences to Daniel's family. My name is Yoshi Hibino and I worked under Daniel as the partnership Intern and eventually to the partnership associate.

I vividly remember my first interview with Daniel. He was all smiles and said welcome! It's so good to finally meet you face to face. After he had asked me some of the interview questions, he said ask me anything you want. After discussing lots of things with him I remember saying this is fun. This is like a podcast we should make a podcast. He said you are awesome and I will push hard to make sure they hire you.

When I worked as the intern, he would always be gracious with his time and teach me everything he knew. He would always make sure to build my confidence and let me know that I was doing a good job. He would tell me things like your case study was the most impressive I have ever seen from anyone. He would always post what I did to the team shoutout page. He would always ask me Yoshi how's school going, is the work too much?, do you need anything from me, and was very kind to me everyday. If I needed to take a day off or anything he would always say yes no problem have a great day!

He also really cared about his team. The team was made up of me and Austin. He would always give us tips on what we should do. He would always tell me have you thought about doing this to boost your resume? He was very invested in my future career and he was always thinking of ways to help me out later on the future.

I could always tell he was so proud of his family. He would tell me that they are going to festivals, try out certain foods. The story he told me about him dressing up as Santa clause and handing out gifts for hours left a deep positive impression.

When my internship concluded, Daniel offered me a part time position at the company. He was so kind and I remember him saying, "I'm so happy to say that I have a part time job for you! I say let's have you take off for the rest of December so you can enjoy your graduation and have a great end to your college career." It was always very clear that he really cared about me. I remember him saying Yoshi I am thinking of having you start interviewing people to build your resume. He was always talking about how he was going to write me an awesome recommendation letter for my medical school application.

I can honestly keep going on and on about all the good Daniel has done in my life. He has really showed me what an awesome manager and a friend was. I will never forget Daniel and I will always remember him in my life. I will strive everyday to be the person he believed I can be. I will miss Daniel greatly.

I was Dan's mother's neighbor in Vernon Hills, after he had already left home to explore the world. But we had many opportunities to meet when he returned for holidays and for special occasions. The one I remember best is when Dan worked feverishly to build from scratch a ramp in his mom's garage just so his grandpa Propp could easily access the house. I had always heard that "measure twice, cut once" was a guideline for woodworking, but Dan measured four times to cut once. His handiwork was meticulous and completely functional for years. Best of all, it was made with love. Rest In Peace, Dan. You will be sweetly missed.

Daniel was one of my very favorite people. I felt like I learned something new about him every time we spoke. He made me laugh all of the time, and I'm so appreciative of the friendship we developed throughout the past four years of working together. He never failed to put a smile on everyone's face. He was a passionate, kind, enthusiastic man who I will never forget.

My heart goes out to Daniel's family. You're in my thoughts. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Danny was a very special boy and man. He and our son were great friends in grammar school and high school, many sleep overs, trips and school projects and the boys Bar Mitzvahs. I remember dressing him up as a fox for a school play at at Prairie. He was so confident and always smiling. A delightful, polite, and exceptionally kind boy and young man. So glad to have known him. Andy and I are grieving and our hearts are heavy. May you take comfort in knowing all the lives he touched. We are with you in love and spirit. Baruch Dayan Ha'Emet. Linda and Andy Block
