Mr. Moscowitz was my Hebrew school teacher at Mishna Gmoroa an orthodox synagogue on California Avenue. He instilled in me a love for Judaism that I still have today. At that time very few girls went to Hebrew school and with his support I completed 5 years of study. He was a kind and gentle man and I will never forget him. May his memory be a blessing.

I have fond memories of Mr Moscowitz, he was my Hebrew School teacher at Congregation B’nei Ruvin. I was the first young woman to have a so called Bat Mitzvah there. Mr Moscowitz wrote a speech for me to memorize half in English and half in Hebrew. Afterwards I was presented with Sabbath candles and a small prayer book that I still hold dear to this day. My Hebrew School days left me with so many positive experiences.
May his memory be a blessing.

Mr. Moscowitz was our Principal for General Studies for three of the years I attended Fasman Yeshiva High School in Skokie.1967-1971. He was very supportive to all of us and very well liked and respected by everyone in our class. He attended one of our class reunions about 20 years ago and wanted to catch up on everyone's family and career. Really a great guy.

May his memory be a blessing.
