OBITUARY

Janet Kaufman Cordovi, age 83. Beloved wife of Moises Cordovi. Loving mother of Gina Cordovi (Marc Cohen), Ari Cordovi and Danielle Cordovi Masotti (Vito Masotti). Proud grandmother of Alec Zvi Cohen (Kahlia Halpern), Izzy Masotti and Lola Masotti. Private graveside services were held.

Janet and her parents lived on the 2nd floor of our apartment building in Hyde Park. My brother and I lived on the third floor with our parents from 1942 until 1950. Janet was a good friend then and we kept in contact via phone the last few years. Sorry to hear of her passing.

We have had the pleasure of living in the same street and neighborhood with Mrs. and Mr. Cordovi..Saeedeh and I never forget the first time we met Janet. such loving and friendly lady who told us about her art work and invited us into their home to see some of her works. We will miss her immensely.
