I was very saddened to hear of Gershon's passing.
Gershon was truly a dear friend and wonderful, delightful neighbor.
Gershon was there for me when I first moved in, offering all kinds of help when I needed it.
We would walk to Shabbat dinner together, where someone offered Friday night meals, so to npt eat alone. He loved giving his D'Var Torat...lengthy....and meaningful.
He surprised me with a welcome gift of sponge cake...his favorite...sent to him by his family...on regular basis.
I can go on...
At this time, I send out my condolences to his whole mishpacha.
Brian...we spent various times on the phone figuring out issues that your father had.
May HAKODESH BARCHU give you all, Gershon's loved one's the strength you will be needing at this time.
From now on, you should only have simachot along with lots of joy!
