OBITUARY
Ileen Donna Falk, nee Buslik, 78.
Beloved wife for 49 years of the late Kenneth A. Falk. Loving mother of Holly Falk-Krzesinski (Mitch Krzesinski), Michael Falk (Sylwia Ksiazczyk) and Joshua Falk (Sarah Greene-Falk), mother-in-law of Susan Niewiarowski (Piotr). Fiercely proud grandma/bubbe of Rachel Krzesinski, Callum, Evelyn and Jacob Falk, Bodhi Falk, Vivianne Niewiarowski and Ariella, Zachary, and Talia Duvel. Dear sister of Gary Buslik (Ruthann Taylor), Marc Buslik, Randi Buslik, sister-in-law of Gerald Falk (Edith) and soul sister to Marlene Sachs (Stacy). Joyful aunt of Aaron, Stephanie (Daniel Thomas) and Brandon Wishnoff (Angelica), Rebecca Gschwend (Nicholas), the late Andrew Buslik, and Laura Sachs, Alyssa Duvel (Jim), and Jeff Sachs (Amy). Will be missed by many aunts, uncles, (great) nieces, (great) nephews, cousins and friends.
Ileen lived her life in care of her family and friends. She emanated kindness and was deeply protective of those she loved. She was proud to be called a homemaker, was a voracious reader, and brought joy and togetherness through her delicious cooking.
Service Sunday, May 19, 2024, 1:00pm at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 North Buffalo Grove Rd, (one block North of Lake Cook Rd) Buffalo Grove. Interment Shalom Memorial Park, Arlington Heights.
