Baruch Dayan ha Emes.
I am very sorry for your loss.
Walking home from shul this afternoon, a poem came into my mind today as I thought about Fraida:
Leaves crunch
Birds nest
Skies blue
Fall sings
The world has lost a lover of life and an ashet chayil dedicated to her family and klal yisroel.
I absolutely loved Fraida.ֶ She always made me feel welcome. Her energy, humor and wit kept people on their toes…
It’s not good bye for me but until we meet again is a piece of Fraida’s optimism I will hold in my heart.

Fraida will be so missed. Words cannot express how much she means to our family. She has been an incredible role model for me as a Jewish woman, a mother and a therapist. Forever grateful to have had the privilege to be a guest at her shabbos table.

Baruch Emeth!
I met Fraida in Florida and was struck by her kindness and commitment to family and to the Jewish people, and her great courage in the difficulties she endured with her illness.
May her Neshama have an Aliyah!

My deepest condolences to everyone in the Nathan family, the Robeson family, the extended family, and to all those who knew the love of Morah Fraidel. Fraida without doubt was a positive influence on every single one of her students. As I recall from personal experience she spent the most time with the children helping us to understand the starting points of moral consciousness and the social consequences of good and bad behavior. At her home I can remember four distinct characteristics of hers. She was an excellent host, she kept the house clean, she preferred everyone at the dining table to finish everything on their plates, and she was absolutely in love with her family. She is loved and missed and I am so sorry for you loss. May you find peace in hers.
