I am grateful to Mrs. Teren and family for allowing me to spend many Shabbatot at the Teren home when I was in high school. This allowed me a balshuva to learn and love Shabbas. It sparked my religious journey. Mrs. Teren would talk to me and was so kind when I came for Shabbas. She made me feel comfortable.
