Beloved husband of Sharon nee Reiss. Loving father of Michelle (Brian) Behnke and the late Steven Michael Edelstein. Proud gaga of Emilia Behnke. Dear brother of Mark (Amy) Edelstein. Cherished uncle of Jarett (Mandy) Michaels, Joseph Edelstein and David Edelstein. A loyal friend to many, loved by all. Simon truly enjoyed life. He lived for his family. He always had a smile on his face. A lifelong learner. Trivia aficionado. Lover of old cars and music. He made an impression on everyone he met. A tremendous loss to all who loved him.
