Leonard "Lenny" Burstyn, 50. Beloved husband of Julie nee Rudder. Loving father of Noah and Jesse. Cherished son of Mira and Morris Burstyn and son-in-law of Gail and the late Ernest Rudder. Dear brother of Garry (Nancy) Burstyn, Benjamin Burstyn and brother-in-law of Ilene (Michael) Stewart and Elisa (Paul) Metsger. Lennie and I grew up together in Skokie. Great guy. Great family. When my sister was born I stayed with his family. His memory is already a blessing

Itâ??s been years but only good memories of this sweet guy. Early in high school, I remember waiting for the bus, probably to take us to an away baseball game. Lenny and I (and Iâ??m sure others, though I only remember Lenny) broke out into a WWE style wrestling match. Lenny was hilarious. RIP my old friend.

So sorry for your your loss. I only knew Len through Ilene but I could tell, from her, that he & Julie were wonderful people! And I fell in love with Noah and Jesse when I met them a few months ago. God bless this wonderful family. My heart is with them.

Len was one of the nicest men we ever met. He was a loving husband and father. He meant the world to his family and friends. We were all blessed to know him.
