OBITUARY

Alan S. Bramson, CPA, of Glenview, Illinois, passed away suddenly on December 23, 2022. Alan was born on August 22, 1941, to Jack and Leone (nee Gardner) Bramson, in Chicago, Illinois. Alan graduated from the University of Illinois, in Urbana, IL, in 1964, and served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army. Alan was a partner at the Laventhol and Horwath accounting firm, until it closed.
Alan is survived by his spouse Phyllis (nee Halperin) Bramson, his brother Scott B. Bramson (Marta), his nephews Jeremy L. Bramson (Jamie) and Joshua L. Bramson (Lyssa) and grand-nieces Layla and Julia, as well as his sister-in-law Lissa Schwartz, his nieces Heather Schwartz (Bryan), Anna Schwartz (Nathaniel) and Sarah Schwartz and his grand-niece Ava and grand-nephews Asher, Lior and Max. Service Friday January 6th at 2 PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd. (at Niles Center Road) Skokie. Interment private.
