Funeral Details

Where to begin - so many wonderful, silly, fun memories of wild uncle Mark. He sure knew how to play hard and let loose. He found his passion in family, motorcycles, and restoring treasured cars to perfection. Jess and Tracy (and family)- we are so very sorry for your loss. Nothing will make up for the too early loss of your parents, but I hope you both know that we are here for you guys and eager to help out in any way. Our farm and our hearts are always open to you and your crew. xox

Evelyn and I are just devastated to hear of Mark's passing. He was like an older brother to me and mentored me to look at collision losses from the body shop side instead of the insurance side. He always treated us as part of the Brown clan. He will be missed greatly. Rest in Peace, Mark.

This is a shock. Mark has always been a part of my life, and most memorably our time at our farm in Wisconsin. From the early days racing dirt bikes through the woods and around makeshift tracks, to riding cross-country from LA to Sturgis, to all kinds of craziness on the backs of 4-wheelers, Mark was always the leader of the pack. He knew how to have fun, and partying with him was never about escaping but always about bonding and re-connecting. Mark, I will miss you. Jess and Tracy, I don't know what to say, but I am so deeply sorry. Know that your dad lives on in all of us. He as instrumental in the bonds we developed growing up, and we are here for you for anything you need. You are forever members of the River Road community, and our doors (and trails) are open to you any time. Pilar, I know you are heartbroken and send you my heartfelt condolences.

I became friends with Mark about 63 years or so ago. Mark and I and others had a fantastic number of years together growing through our teens, running around Devonshire, partying and doing a number of sometimes wild fun things I cannot mention here. In reading other posts and comments from friends and family, it sounds like Mark always keep up his love of life and family and party hard throughout his life. He accomplished so much with his family and friends. His love for cars and motorcycles and more, I remember it so well. I am shocked to hear Mark has passed away. I agree he will be the best Rally Meister up in Heaven. Just like the movie American Grafitti, I loved cruising with Mark and others in his many different cars. I especially loved the cherry red 56 Oldsmobile Convertible. My sincere condolences to all of the family.....So very sorry for your loss. Mark was a very special guy!

Mark was the chapter and verse of living life to the fullest. I've only known Mark for 8 years which seems such a short time compared to his many life long friends. He was caring and kind, to his friends and loved his family to the moon!

Mark Was a customer of ours at GT Sports Cars. I used to pull up to the body shop to pick up the ‘65 corvette race car he bought from Bill Morrison. I could have picked up the car in the back of the body shop but Mark always had his crew put the car by the south door of the front of the shop so he could enjoy watching people cuss at me as I backed the car hauler up to the curb blocking. Western Ave! lol
