Vitaly was a good man. He talked fondly of his family, you were very important to him. He had dreams and goals of being healthy and coming back to you eventually but he was loving the life he was building in Colorado.
We often talked of his struggle and his recovery.
I would hold him and feel his pain. I cared deeply for Vitaly… our friendship was growing everyday, my time with him was too brief but it will be cherished.

Vit was the most genuinely kind friend that I have ever met . I will never forget his sincere generosity. He got along with everyone and never held grudges. Rest in peace my good friend, you will be dearly missed by many people for years to come. May God grant you the serenity that you’ve been fighting for all these years.

Vit has been a best friend of mine for over 20 years. His passing is one of the most difficult things I’ve ever had to face. He was an amazing person, so easy going, so loving, so genuine, warm, wise beyond his years. We shared countless good and bad times together and no matter what happened always maintained a solid friendship. Life, will never be the same without him. He was one in a billion.

I've known Vitaly for a few years, and he always brightened up the room with a smile or a joke. He was a good man, and will be missed.
