It has been my honor to have known Jack and worked with him for over 40 years. During his tenure with VTech, he has built up the toy business to become the world leader in the educational toy sector. I still remember the days we sat together and created the first products - Computer Game System, Lesson One, WhizKid etc. We will never forget his leadership, vision and sense of humor. Jack's confidence and optimism always amazed us, and has successfully led us through many difficulties in our business history.
Jack was a family to us. He will always be remembered.

Jack was an extraordinary man. He was intelligent, kind, witty, and had a genuine smile surpassed only by the twinkle in his eyes. In addition, Jack was a leader who won over the hearts of those who were privileged to work with him. There are conversations I recall where Jack offered sage advice, and mostly, I am left with the warmth of how he made me feel. Jack's contributions in this life were immeasurable. He will forever remain in my thoughts and in my heart.
