We are so saddened to learn of the passing of Janice. She was a devoted volunteer at Lurie Children's, previously Children's Memorial Hospital, for many years and always a gentle, kind presence in her work with patients, families, staff and fellow volunteers. Janice dedicated more than 1,500 hours and nearly 20 years of weekly volunteer service to the hospital, from 2001 to 2020. Our deep condolences to Janice's family and friends at this time of loss. – Teri Foster, Director of Volunteer Resources at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
