Lisa and I have been friends for around 25 yrs
She celebrated so many Happy family events including bar and bar mitzvahs, Chanukah latkahs, and family gatherings. She was a dear friend and always there to lend and ear. Our conversations went everywhere with Lots or Joy and tears. Lisa, our friendship will be forever in my heart. You will be missed tremendously by me and my family Love you my friend

I met Lisa in kindergarten. Our lives have intertwined throughout the years. She was the glue that kept our group of friends together. She will be greatly missed. My condolences to the family and her friends.

Lisa worked with me at Elek-Tek. She was an enthusiastic, very smart person, a quick learner and a real strong asset to me. Lisa made friends easily and was a fun hostess at her party. She always had a positive “can do” attitude and was a real joy to know. She’ll be missed and made a positive impact on those of us who were fortunate to know her.

Lisa moved to Morton Grove when we were in 6th grade. I value the friendship we’ve had, and will miss her terribly. She was quite the force whenever she engaged in anything - from reunions, meeting up whenever she came into town, and constant emails, texts and phone calls just to touch base, lend an ear, or give support to anyone. She was extremely selfless in all she did. Rest In Peace, dear friend.

I just heard the news about Lisa, and I’m crushed. I ran the timeshare industry association up in Canada for severa years, and Lisa and I became fast friends. She was truly “the Timeshare Crusader”, and she wasn’t afraid to ruffle a few feathers (ok, a LOT of feathers) in the name of consumer education. She loved the insustry, but not the way the product was sold, and she spoke her truth as often as she could. We also bonded over our love of classic rock, and although she didn’t look like your typical fan, she loved Springsteen, Springfield and so many more. Most importantly, she always checked on me to see how I was doing, regardless of her own monumental health challenges. I will miss her terribly.

Dear Rita, Mark, Janet, Sandra and Jeff,
So sorry to hear of Lisa’s recent passing, as you might know I have been ill for 6 years, after 2 strokes,. I texted her this morning, no delivery or read, so researched a bit,
And found this notice, my children join me in having your family in our hearts and in our minds. Thankful no more balancing and suffering. Sincerely,
