I met Scott for the first time at the radio station he worked at. I’d won a record or something and he invited me into the station to hang out for a bit. We became good friends, had plenty of arguments like a married couple lol, but we stayed friends. Many concerts, many hours watching him at the station, countless radio requests! Parties at my place,or the Grove or any number of his friends house. I cannot believe he is gone. I wish I’d stayed in closer contact these last few years. It really saddens me that I won’t get to hear him laugh again, or argue with him, or just see him look at me and shake his head like he always did. Scott Not, I’ll see ya on the other side brother! Love ya man!

My sincere condolences to June, mom, Julia and the rest of Scott’s family and friends.

To June and her beloved husband,(RIP) I admire you guys as a beautiful and loving couple that always touched my heart. Every time I saw beautiful posts that Scott have done for you. He was a lovely husband just by seeing his face on fb. I loved the smile he would put on June’s face. I was one of June’s co-worker (Elisa Torres ) god is with you.❤️

I would like to first convey my deepest condolences to June and Scott's family, myself and others in the online community and our |oGc| clan will miss him greatly. I first met Scott online in 2007 and joined his clan shorty after. We all had great times together playing the games we loved and getting to know each other over the years. He was very passionate about the clan and keeping us together over the years. My wife and I had to opportunity to meet him and June in Chicago back in 2016 while attending a Cubs game and once again recently at Quakecon back in August 2023.

Rest in peace Scott. - Ken |oGc| H4cK4sW

One of the very best friends have ever had in my entire life. Always there for me. More like family than a friend. Never did. He turn me away or not offer to do something kind to me for me or with me he'll be in my heart forever. Truly a stand-up guy as cool as they come could always find a rational resolution to any problem I want to thank him and I can't for making me be a better person for making me want to be a better person. It also like to offer my sympathy and my condolences to his parents, his wife, his sister, and the rest of his family as well as his friends. You know just as well as I do. He's one of the best people we all knew

I first met Scott in an aftercare meeting at Glenbrook hospital. We instantly became friends, summers at the wave pool, driving around in what he called the banana boat his Impala, going to AA meetings, so many memories of the fun times but one that I will always be thankful for and that would be the day we went to the water Reservoir behind Northbrook court to go skateboarding. That is the day of my accident, if it wasn't for Scott. I wouldn't be here today. To his family I'm so sorry for your loss. Scott was my best friend for many years. He will be missed by many.
